Cpt. John Smith - Pocahontas

Oh my GAWD, it's an actual outlined-and-colored Disney piece from me! Yeah that's right, after a year of, er, non-outlined-and-colored Disney pieces, I am back. For Mister Smith here, anyway. But yeah, in case you couldn't tell from the title and the drawing itself, this here is John Smith from the Disney film Pocahontas whoohoo. According to the bottom-left of the deviation, I apparently drew this waaay back in October 2005 but was too lazy to ever color it until today, har har. Used yet another coloring book page as a reference.

Anything else to say? Well sorry for the half-assed shading deal, but I was lazy plus I don't really even know how to shade anyway so it's all kinda BS to me heh. The background was done by myself, which is why it sucks, though I tried to base it off one of the screencaps. Whoops? Oh and this is my first outlined-and-colored Disney piece done in Photoshop CS, hooray.

Mushu will be coming. Someday. Somehow. *Cough* And John doesn't belong to me boohoo, he belongs to Disney. Word.
